You’re in the right place.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts, currently offering virtual therapy sessions.

I work with young adults and adults experiencing eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions.

Together, we make sense of what is keeping you stuck and build a life that feels more workable, connected, and your own.

Harvard Medical School Clinical Fellow

Eating Disorder Therapy

I treat eating disorders and disordered eating.

Binge eating, ARFID, OSFED, food addiction concerns, restriction, purging, compulsive exercise, food noise, body image distress, and psychological adjustment around GLP-1s or bariatric surgery.

Treatment addresses both the eating pattern and what it may be regulating, protecting, controlling, or soothing.

Self-Trust & Change

I work with people who feel stuck in their lives.

Anxiety, depression, perfectionism, burnout, identity questions, difficult transitions.

We build the clarity and practical support needed to make choices from self-trust rather than fear, guilt, or performance.

Common questions

How do I start?

Send me a brief note through the contact page sharing what brings you here and what you would like help with. I will respond within one to two business days to arrange a free 15-minute initial consultation call.

What actually happens on the consult call?

During the 15-minute call, I’ll ask what has been going on, what you are hoping to get help with, and a few questions to understand what kind of support may be appropriate. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

Do I need a referral?

No, you do not need a referral. You are welcome to contact me directly. If you would prefer to have your physician, therapist, or another provider reach out first, they can contact me through the For Professionals page.

What if I am not sure which service I need?

You do not need to decide before reaching out. During the consultation, we can think through what makes the most sense—whether that is psychotherapy, an assessment, another service, or a referral elsewhere.

Do you work with people virtually?

Yes. I am licensed as a clinical psychologist in Massachusetts and currently offer virtual therapy by secure video or phone. Ontario licensure is pending. When you contact me, please include where you will be physically located during sessions.

What about fees and insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider in Massachusetts. I provide a superbill, a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurer if your plan offers out-of-network benefits.

When appropriate, I can also work with your insurer on a single-case agreement for your care. This is a separate arrangement for one person and requires the insurer’s approval.

Reimbursement and approval are not guaranteed, so please check your benefits and deductible directly with your insurer. I will explain my fees before you book.

Do I need an assessment before therapy?

Most people can begin outpatient therapy without a formal assessment. An assessment may be helpful when there is uncertainty about a diagnosis, you would like a clearer understanding of what is happening, or documentation is needed for school, work, or another provider. If you are unsure, we can talk it through during the consultation.
