Refer a patient
I work with adults experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating, including people using GLP-1 medications, preparing for or adjusting after bariatric surgery, and those who need specialized support outside a higher level of care.
I welcome referrals from physicians, primary care providers, dietitians, therapists, psychiatrists, and treatment programs.
Refer the patient directly
Invite the patient to book a free 15-minute consultation. No referral form is required, and with their consent, I can follow up with you after we connect.

For complex cases, or when you would like to discuss fit before referring, send a brief note outlining the clinical question and any relevant context.

Referrals may be for screening, diagnostic clarification, treatment recommendations, or psychotherapy coordinated with a patient’s existing medical, nutritional, or mental health care.
